However. The once wonderful and prompt service seems to have vanished. The past two times we have been here the service was awful. I am sitting here as I write this and I have not seen my waiter in almost 30 minutes. I think I'll go to the bar and order my own drink now.
My friends got the cheeseburger pizza that wasn't on the menu any longer. They still fixed it.
My other friend got the bbq pizza.
The food and drinks here are usually spot on. They also have a great heated, and dog friendly patio for summer, winter, rain or shine.
Great service and food! We love the Greek salad and kosmic karma pizza. Fun place to watch a game too.

The most delicious pizza we have ever had. This place is huge and kids friendly, a lot of tv's all over this place. i love that i was able to see cooks making a pizza. Wait here can be up to 20 minutes. We had a great server, she was funny and very attentive.
Pacific Rim pizza is awesome!!! Love the best and sweetness.

So. A surprising update, at least for me. I was sitting here, and apparently the staff had read the review, minutes after it was posted, and handled it, with apologies. I am officially impressed. This is a first in my life, ever. It was an off night for my wife and I, but they really went above and beyond to make it right. Credit where credit is due.
Be prepared to always wait, and if you have to wait for a table bring snacks so you have something to munch on while waiting. Every time we have gone here we wait over an hour for a pizza (that is way over priced) and then waiting for the bill....Don’t waste your time
