Fisrt visit to this bike shop the lady working was nice didn't know anything about bikes when I asked questions. I asked for 2 tubes one was the complete wrong size the other had a broken stem before I even got to open the package . My own fault for not check the Box but it's very unprofessional working a bike shop with no knowledge of the products. They also didn't carry any of the other products I was looking for small springs or co2 cartridges. I won't come back to this shop again and I don't recommend it either. It sucks they are the only bike shop opened on a monday.
Family owned and operated by cyclist. Great little shop, comfortable place to talk shop and learn about area trails, they are a dedicated Mtn bike shop (refreshing) and a great place to get your bike repaired, serviced or to buy a new one. Recently rated "Best place to buy a bike" by the annual Best of Catawba County results in the Hickory paper.
The gentleman who helped me was not only pleasant and friendly, he was knowledgeable and extremely professional.
They have good knowledge of mountain bikes, the surrounding pisgah forest, and the work I've received is great.
I would recommend this store to anyone who had a broken bike, needs a tube up, or wants a new one.
