Unifour Financial is sorry! I currently have a 2008 Dodge ram quad cab 4wd financed by them and i had an accident. Well my insurance company is mailing me a check for the repairs to my truck but the check has my name on it and Unifours name on it also, i called them about endorsing the check so i could fix my truck and they told me they would not endorse it until my truck was repaired and they inspected it themselves.. Any normal person is gonna need the money to pay for the repairs.. That's the whole reason for me paying for insurance.. they piss me off!!
Last summer Unifour financed a vehicle loan for me. I have paid well since the start. I have always paid more than my payment and in fact I was about 2 month ahead on my loan. They have recently sold my loan to another finance company without notice. Im sure I agreed to such a thing in my contract. But since then it has been a nightmare, all my payment history is no longer in the system and the new company is useless and only wants money every time I call to try and figure this mess out. So if you have a chance to finance with someone else do so. Unifour will schit on you the first chance they can.

Usually not the type to say anything but this company will belittle you and make you feel worthless. The management at unifour are far from the self proclaimed Godly women they say they are.. if the company is going to promote a friendly and Godly environment for their workers and guests, I would think their management would live up to
Great company to finance with, I have been in the car business for 12yrs and due to my divorce my credit took a major hit, Unifour has been great and if you get in some trouble as long as you communicate with them they will work with you. I’m in the process of trading my car that I paid cash for back on Dec 30, 2010. It’s come to my attention that Unifour Financial Services somehow put a lien on my car on 12/28/10. I’ve been trying for a week to get a lien release and can’t get anyone to answer the phone, return my calls, and I’m having to call multiple times to fix something that wasn’t even my fault. I NEVER financed this car! I can’t imagine how many other things they screw up!
