Bought a Trane heat pump from Hickory location. The equipment had a dead short straight out of the box. Took two days and their solution was to change the compressor on a brand new piece of equipment.
These folks went absolutely above and beyond. Asked us all the right questions, made sure we knew what we were doing, helpful doesn't even begin to cover it. Five stars all the way!!! Thank you!!!

Very disappointing customer service experience. Nothing like having to call the corporate office to see if something is in stock because you’ve been hung up on twice at the local branch. Then to arrive to pick up the part and get fussed at by the counter guy because you called the corporate office to see if they had your part or not. No apology. Experiences like this is what clarifies why people order online these days.
