This is my first time going to a dry cleaners but i will say the experience has been great. I called in to ask some simple questions and they guy on the phone took the time to answer my questions without a hint of being rushed. I stopped out and they took my clothes and explained the process. There were people waiting in line behind me and once again there was no sense of being rushed. While she was explaining the process another attendant went to the car behind me and attended to their needs. I received an email saying my clothes were ready. I made a suggestion to include their hours of operation in that email and they seemed very open to suggestions. I will definitely be going back here again.

I need 5 sweatshirts/running top sleeves shortened. First attempt was a bit too much so I emailed and Steve asked that bring them back and they’d do whatever it took to get them right (alteration person saved the material she took off just in case). I did so and they are a perfect fit. They did as they promised.
We have used A Cleaner World for all of our dry cleaning needs for many years. Steve is a wonderful person and we have had excellent service. I love the emails that let you know when your items are ready!
I called April 27 to make sure they would have time to dry clean my wedding dress before my wedding May 14 they said yes plenty of time. When my mother took my dress the next day she double checked with them again making sure there was enough time. They said then they would call her. On May 9 when she hadn't heard anything she went by to get it and they hadn't even started on it. The man said that he might be able to have it by May 12. She said she didn't want to take chances on a might so asked them to guarantee May 12 a.m. and instead they gave her the dress back. So they had my dress for almost 2 weeks after guarantee that they would have time, they didn't and instead of calling and saying they couldn't so I could take it somewhere else 4 days until my wedding I still need my dress cleaned. If getting married isnt stressful enough don't rely on a cleaner world to make anything easy or even do what they say.
