This location is about ten minutes from my house. Factoring in that they could have several other orders to deliver, I expect about a 30-45 minute wait when ordering my pizza. It frequently takes them over an hour to deliver here. The pizza is often luke-warm at best and mildly overcooked so that the cheese takes on a more rigid sheet texture instead of the melted deliciousness I know it can be. My orders will frequently come incorrect, whether missing an item or having something on a pizza I did not request. As I place all my orders digitally and have the receipt with what I ordered, I know that the error is not on my part.
Ordered from here because it was advertised in a hotel where we were staying. It was the most disgusting food we've ever eaten. The crust tasted old and had a seriously fermented yeast flavor. My kids each took one bite and refused to eat it. The bread stick things tasted even worse...disgusting old dough with a cheap melted margarine flavor. The only edible part of the pizzas was the pepperoni. A huge waste of $$!
Great pizza fast! Their flavored crust (especially cajun) is awesome! Highly recommended.

Great food,poor service,. I was in a hurry so I called ahead for lunch, 2 howwi rolls, they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes, ,, so when I got there, the guy said sorry I forgot your order, it will be about another 20 minutes.
Overall, you still get edible pizza. The pizza is good when it is fresh, but I would really only get it from this location if you're doing carry out or you live literally next door. I would recommend something local like Geppeto's
I've never had a negative experience here and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. If I had questions about the menu they were knowledgeable and patient. The flavored crusts are awesome and I love that they offer gluten free crust. Would def recommend :)
I'll start off by saying that I really like Hungry Howies. The location in Boone always delivered great pizza and had awesome discounts for students while I went to college there. Upon moving back to my hometown, I found out that a Hungry Howie's had been built here. Because of the quality I came to expect up in Boone, I ordered and wasn't impressed. I have since ordered several more times from this location in the hopes that it was just a fluke, but so far it has been representative of my experience here.
