Great People Who Always Aim to Please! When we first purchased our historic home and wanted to make it a "painted lady" many years ago CertaPro staff worked with us to select the perfect historical colors I was looking for - and patiently worked with us until we found just the right combination of colors- all 8 of them - on various parts of the house (trim, shutters, porch floor and ceiling, etc)! We have since had them back to repaint where needed and make other improvements. They are reasonably priced and always strive to please - and I have found that if you aren't 100% satisfied they will work with you until you are. Give them a try!
Great job removing popcorn ceiling and painting. Harold gave me a good deal and Phyllis was a big help with making decisions about the paint. The painters were friendly, courteous, and careful. I'd definitely use CertaPro again.
My kids could do a better job!
They left drips on my fireplace... all over my ceiling fans! Used cheap paint that washed off the walls! Did a very very bad job on my wood wall. Left a lot of the boarded smushed with paint in the middle. Did not fill holes or remove nails. Patched a large hole from and old thermostat and it's raised way above the rest of the wall! Will not work with you on fixing anything!!

I hired Certapro Painters of Hickory/Catawba Valley several years ago to paint the interior of my home. I was amazed at the speed, excellent work, and professionalism of this company. Of course, they were also friendly and made sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Phyllis, the color consultant assisted me in the selection of colors that went well together. I could never have done that on my own. When it was time to freshen up the exterior paint, I never called anyone else. I knew I could trust them to get the job done right the first time, and at a fair price. I am now considering having my kitchen cabinets done and I know who will be doing them! These are great people who take pride in their work and perform in a highly professional manner. I like that.
