Midnight special's service was outstanding and exceptional. Very professional, timely, and reasonably priced. I arranged to have an inoperable classic car transported on a flatbed from Newton to Raleigh. The car was located just outside a basement garage down a slopping driveway with a ninety degree turn at the bottom of the driveway. The flatbed arrived on time, but was too large to make the ninety degree turn in the driveway. No problem. Midnight Special dispatched a second smaller truck to grab the car in the driveway. They pushed the car along the driveway to the turn where the smaller truck could attach and tow it up the hill to the street to load onto the flatbed. Keith and Jonathan knew what they were doing and were efficient and friendly throughout. Jonathan drove the flatbed to Raleigh and did an excellent job of unloading and moving the car into my garage for safe storage. A bonus of the experience is they did not charge me extra for sending the second truck; they stuck with the original quote for the transport despite the extra work. I definitely recommend them.
Fast service. Truck came out to meet us within 20 minutes of calling. Driver was friendly and personable, took great care in loading my car. Will definitely call again if needed.

My husband and I got stranded on our way back home to Florida after a week's vacation in NC due to car issues. Midnight Special towed us not once, but twice in one day. Keith is the one who picked us up both times, and my husband and I both were so pleased with his customer service. Genuine guy who seemed more than happy to help us in our desperate situation. So happy Midnight Special was the first to come up in our Google search (and now understand why they have such great reviews)! Hopefully we'll never have to use their services again, but they left a lasting impression!
