I was assaulted by a neighbor..the Longview po police happen to know the meth dealers
.I take it from a previous arrest?? Believe it or not the officer acted as if he had just met up w a buddy from the past he had arrested .. Unprofessional to say the least.. The neighbor allowed his guest to manufacture and sell meth from the apt underneath me...Since the officers knew this criminal.instead of following protocol..They made stories of previous arrest and avoided the crime..The neighbors assaulted me for having knowledge that they are manufacturing meth from the apt along with sells.I was sitting on my property I pay for monthly and was assaulted. ..Then told as the officer who seemed uniformed a bout the laws aling with seeming afraid if the meth dealer and the meth trash hanging around that he yelled the name of the offender to me wo even writing down the name to take to our magistrate. I've never seen such incompetent officers . Blatantly acknowledge he had been in contact with the offender.Then deny my Assault by say I smelled of beer and had no relevant case for sitting on my property bc of the smell of beer.He buddies up with the offenders and joked about knowing them from past arrest..It's just incompetent of these officers ...They d rather be comfortable w the offende NBr then to solve a crime.....I advice u be very cautious when calling Longview police.They are on the wrong side of the law and seem to be proud of it...Just for the record these officers acted as if discretion toward s anyone was new to then in 2017..which they were exhibiting.Mosrky bc they felt safe from the guy they previously arrested ..The officers went into the drug dealers s home .. Who knows what they were told or bribes....Then came out and stated discretion was oblivious to them...An officer who looks outside for ur family children and more doesn't know what discretion is a dually doesn't believe it's possible .I guess bc he has arrested and felt the offender were aquatinted with them..Sad where is modern day knowledge????very disappointed with r he action s of people certificatd to protect and serve. It's an embarrassment

There the fastest Police Department to respond to a call! I know for a fact when I was shot from an attempted break in! Plus a large break in next door, and the house beside that. They caught all the thieves involved!!! We couldn’t ask for a better department!
