Jennifer is rude. She knew very well we wouldn't be relocating to hickory until October 2018. I wanted to take a look at a few homes on our visit next month just to see what hickory has to offer. She agreed, but when I mentioned the word "layout" , she said there's no use looking at the layouts because the homes want be available next year when I'm ready to buy! No kidding, im not an idiot!!! So I let her go, I don't need to feel like a burden. A few hours out of their day shouldn't matter, esp when we could have been a potential client. Beware. She is just looking to get paid and doesn't want to bother if you're not serious NOW
