Unreal!!! Worst wash ever. Big scratch on my door, streaks all over and soaking wet floor mats on my carpet. If you care about your vehicle, DON'T go here.
My husband took my car in since we have so much going today. I had to clean the console myself when he brought it home. I usually wash my car myself. I will definitely do that in the future or take it somewhere else. Oh, and it wasn't because they were shorthanded. My husband said they had guys all over the place cleaning. When I called and spoke to the person in charge and told him we would go somewhere else from now on he hung up on me. 1 star is generous.
I paid for the works. My car was very dirty on the outside but not overly dirty on the inside. When I got the car back, the exterior looked great. The interior, was immediately a disappointment. The "threshold" on the driver's side hadn't been wiped down and was covered with dust. That was my first impression. I initially decided that it wasn't a big deal, but before I was out of the drive I noticed my navigation screen was covered with dust, the cup holder hadn't been wiped out, nor had the hand hole on the driver's door. I should have just turned around and asked that they make it right, but they were busy.

I can no longer clean the car myself. I used a service like this in Florida, and was so happy to find Auto Spa. I just get the basic vac, and wash, and it is great for my needs. I don't use any waxes, I would do this at home. The back seat, and floor of the car was not as clean, as the front, but I did not remove the baby's car seat, and there were a few things on the floor. I will take this as my bad, so make sure everything is in the trunk. I will go back here, as soon as the car needs another wash. For me, great experience, the people were very friendly, and efficent.
