We are in N.C visiting family and decided to check out this store to get fixings for breakfast. The store is big, bright and clean. They have a lovely bakery section, cheeses and meats. The aisles are well labeled.

They smoke their meats in smoker in back of store. The gentleman behind meat counter explained how to get them back almost like they just came out of smoker. We had them for dinner last night. The sauce was a little hot to my taste so I used some of my sauce and dipped them in it. I love ribs and they tasted Wonderful!!!!! Enjoy!!
