Prices are a little above average. Selection and the bakery is what draws me back. Not the Lowes Foods I remember from their start in North Wilkesboro 50 years ago. The small town feel is gone, all they care about now is profit.
This is my local store, the one I shop at the most. The store was recently updated. The staff is very helpful. Some produce prices are higher than elsewhere, hard to understand. Still, i am a loyal Lowes customer.
For all the Lowe's Foods in the area, this one is sub-par. Deli is consistently disappointing. One bright spot is the girl that runs the beer den... always helpful, always cheerful.

Nice selection and good customer service. Lowes continues to upgrade this location to bring it more in line with newer stores. The one glaring omission continues to be self-checkout.
