I moved to Hickory Area almost 7 months ago from Italy. I was looking for a crossfit gym and fortunately Crossfit Catawba Valley was exactly 800 ft from my Office.
Well, after six months I have incredibly grown as an athlete but most of all, I found a family. I found a group of people that I can trust and that make me feel home every day!
From the first time i dropped in, I could feel there was much more than Crossfit at CCV: positive people, great hospitality, constant support and motivation to do always better from each coach and gym member!
Always inspiring me to do my best, the trainers are all very friendly and encouraging.
I've been a CCV member for a little over a year and i can't say enough about the staff, facilities and all of the members. Traveling for business, I've visited some nice boxes but none quite like CrossFit Catawba Valley. Come and join us and you'll see what I mean. Hats off to CCV. Crossfit Catawba Valley has become a second home for me over the past 2 1/2 years. Not only am I motivated to excel in my physical fitness everyday, I am challenged to become a better version of myself in all ways by the awesome community of my fellow athletes.
