I have been working out with Rob for a year and a half and have never been is such great shape. My confidence in myself has boosted and I feel the best I ever have. This morning a coworker complimented my arms which has never in my life happened.

I am one of those guys that has worked out, on and off, since I was a teenager. I knew a lot... Rob has convinced me that the way I used to work out was inefficient at best. I have seen more results in a shorter amount of time in the gym because of how efficient he makes the workouts.

I have been working out with Rob for several years now. I always say that each 30 minute workout is absolutely the most efficient use of my time all week; and at 50, I'm definitely in better shape that I was at 30. Also, his wealth of knowledge about nutrition is invaluable!!

I've been training under Rob for almost eight years now. I went from couch potato to sprint triathlon shape my first year. Later I ran several half marathons and completed many 50-100 mile bike rides. In the last few years I have changed my focus from endurance sports to strength training. I have added almost 20 pounds of lean muscle and I am in better shape now than I was 15 years ago.

I have been training with Rob for a little over a year now. Running had always been my exercise of choice but I had plateaued in both time and distance so I went to Rob for help. After just a few months I could see a big difference in my running. By adding in the cross training, my legs felt stronger and the recovery was much quicker after my long runs. I love the variations in the workouts and I never get bored. I just show up and do what he tells me to do- it's as easy as that!

In addition to his knowledge in physiology, he and his wife are great people. He's just fun to be around.

Rob never gives you a workout he knows you can't handle, but they definitely push you to the limit. The results have been amazing! This man knows fitness. I am grateful to have him as my personal trainer.
