Found a new nail place. I really like their customer service and professionalism. And they were fast! But not bad fast, just payed attention to you and got the job done. Very good service, thank you 100% come back
I was upset a couple of weeks ago because of the way Kevin spoke to me and my daughter. I am changing my review to a 4 from a 1 because it is fair with how I feel about the job the employees do. Maybe Kevin was having a bad day. We can all handle things wrong at anytime. My daughter and I have had our nails done here for approx 2 years and the employees do a great job, they don’t get in a hurry and they treat you kind. I have always had great people work on our nails. I am going to chalk this up to Kevin having a bad day and close to quitting time.
I have been living here in Hickory for about a year-and-a-half and have tried several nail salons. This by far in my opinion is the best nail salon in Hickory! They offer SNS (powder dipping) and many other options. I finally realized after years and years of getting my nails done that the best thing to do is bring in a picture of what you want your nails to look like that way they have something to go off of. Calvin did my nails and they look fabulous! I have finally found myself a new nail salon! Yay!!
However, I am changing my review because maybe we both were having a bad day. I think your employees are great.
My first time here was overall great! Tony did my nails and they turned out great! The only complaint I have is that he was a *little* rough. Overall nothing bad though! I’ll definitely be back!
Kevin you still wanted to argue in your reply about my daughters nails. The color didn’t match the sample and you said “that is because that was the old color”. I expect the samples to come close to the color that ends up on her nail. I don’t expect an argument in front of your other customers and you yelling at me. If you don’t believe I am telling the truth then you should read your other reviews.

To respond - I did try to speak with you. You told me you were the owner. You didn’t ask after the 1st nail. It was at the very end. I told you that if she didn’t tell you after the 1st nail then it was her fault. You continued to argue with me even after I ask you to stop. I think the situation could of been handled in a much better tone but you continued to argue. I don’t need to argue with the people where I spend $140. Your employees are exceptional at what they do.
I wanted maroon. She grabbed bright red. Streaky gel paint job. Looks cheap and peeling. My cuticles were not done well. Overpriced. I had an unhelpful employee
