Went to get a hair cut and only had one person working an turned me down after it clearly says walks in welcome
I just had the worse service and experience ever. I only went to have my eyebrows touched up, meaning that they only needed very little waxing and just some plucking. I made it very clear that I wanted them to keep their arch shape and that she needed to be careful because my hair is very thick.
Once she shows me the mirror, I wanted to cry. I feel like she ignored everything I said and proceeded to wax most of my eyebrows off, the arch completely gone and they ended up being very uneven. I am visibly upset and she is walking away so that she can just get me to pay and that's it. She didn't ask if I liked them at all, which I obviously didn't. She didn't ask if there was anything to do to fix them. Nothing. So I paid and left upset.
As she starts to wax, she is being VERY rough and it felt as if she was ripping my skin off along with my entire eyebrow. She didn't seem to care, only whispering "sorrys" then going back to rip more of my skin off. There was even some wax in my eye. When i went to wipe it off my eye, she was quick to catch an attitude and tell me that she wasn't done.
I do not recommend getting your eyebrows done here unless you want uneven semi colons for eyebrows.
