Your phone just rings and rings. I pay thousands of dollars and can't get a hold of one person, fix it and I'll change the review.
Had an awful experience here. Found a ring I loved a few months ago and returned to find out it was discontinued. No big deal. I didn't find anything else there to be as amazing as the other and she said my "problem" was I was too hung up on the discontinued ring! Then she asks if I'd like to apply for a Kay's card because "it would really help her out". She never asked me about my big day, never even asked me my name!! I politely declined and went right to Zales where I had an amazing experience and found the ring of my dreams! Zales has the best customer service and they take the time to get to know you!
Promised me if I bought a ring it would be back from getting sized in two weeks or less. It didn't make it then when it did the girls there didn't even call. When I tried to call them it took 3 hours to get someone to answer then they asked me to hold and hung up on me before I could even ask about it. I would never recommend this store to anyone. If you want to get it from kays order it online or drive to Morganton because this place has the worst customer service of anywhere I've ever dealt with
