After an awful experience at Valley Hills Kay's store, I went to Zales and they gave me the absolute BEST customer service! Very friendly and detail oriented. They really care about their customers and are not pushy for credit applications at all. Everyone go see Hannah, she is the best! I found the ring of my dreams at Zales.

Would give them half a star if I could, the people are smug and rude and actually caught them false advertising and the woman hides the sign behind the counter like wtf? Very shady business practices. Not to mention good luck with their bogus warranty you get on your jewelry. Do yourself a favor and go to kays!
