It was cleaner but they've changed too many ingredients that the pizza bread is too dry and crunchy, and what does have sauce doesn't have enough toppings to match it. They keep raising the price of the buffet and now you have to take your plates and trash up and now they don't even bring out the specialty pizzas.
We visit Cicis pizza on a regular basis and always enjoy our experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is fresh and quickly restocked, and the pizza is good. It's an affordable option for those with young kids and there are always plenty of choices. Today we celebrated our kids birthday there before going to play. We went at time when they usually experience a slower pace but of course today they would be busier than usual. They never cease to amaze me. With a croud that seemingly kept the bar empty they were quick to replenish it. They always have a friendly smile and truly make you feel welcomed.
Pizza was okay. Pasta with white sauce was pretty good. Just kinda on the expensive side since the last time I went there
All of the staff that I encountered were incredibly rude, oblivious or just didn't seem to want to be there. The pasta was cooked to the point of mushy. The salad bar was out of everything when we arrived. Come to think of it, there wasn't any pasta either. I only got pasta when I went to throw out my salad that was from a bag and mostly consisted of cabbage.
The past 3 times we've been here it has been chaotic in the kitchen, the dining room and bathrooms have been a mess. They can't keep up with the pizza to customer ratio, and the last time we were here the manager stated to us that he had a 2nd oven in the back waiting to be installed and today stated the new ovens won't be here til the 10th!? And the employees are rude and disrespectful, disregard that you are even standing there. It's bad enough that customers can't have respect for one another but to get it from the staff as well?!

I will say the pizza was good, and there was one staff in particular that was incredibly good at his job. He was polite, excused himself in passing any customers, cleaned & even helped a girl get a prize that was stuck in the machine.
In this places defense: Two mothers were there with three kids. They were playing in the bathrooms, throwing bouncy balls at each other and pushed my son when he was in the bathroom. No parental supervision. Staff did their best to deal with these children and were appropriate with reprimanding
Pizza selection was great! I enjoyed the pasta with marinara sauce and with the left over sauce the pizza crust was delicious. They have a warm fudge brownie on the desert bar and it was awesome! Christmas music in the background, it was a nice place to stop for lunch.
