I went by to find information on one of my options for my storage needs in the Hickory area. I drove around the facility and was impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness. When I walked in the office I was totally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both Chris and Linda. I have been in the military for 30 years and rented storage units several times in six states all across the country and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I knew there was no need to look any further and signed a contract right then, even though I had just started considering my storage needs. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Great location, very friendly, professional and accommodating staff! I have used OutBox storage for almost six years in storing samples for our food shows. Linda and Chris are always willing to help and made the whole process very easy. I also receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx and other trucking companies and the location allows access for 53' trucks as well!
