Was very easy to get set up with a unit and took about fifteen to twenty minutes. The office staff (Nicole or Olivia - I can't remember which one worked with us) was cheerful, courteous, and took care explaining different insurance options (something the telephone representatives neglected to mention!). I would highly recommend this location!
Worst storage unit ever. I'm not sure why they are even advertised as "climate controlled". This summer, the temperature wasn't much different from outside. When the office was informed, they told us that the storage unit would get up to 80 degrees, as that is "climate controlled". Also, there were constantly insects in the storage unit. The last visit we had to the storage unit there was a lizard. Just to know that things for my home were in the unit while a lizard was crawling around my things is disgusting. So glad to be done with public storage. When trying to make a complaint to public storage, there was never anyone who cared enough to call us back or to fix our problems. So glad to be done with public storage!
I would like to retract my great review I have upon moving my parents belongings into this public storage. These people will tell you anything at move in...EVEN LIE...to get you to move your stuff in their faculty. They will give you a price, tell you they'll prorate partial months amd then when it comes right down to it, they'll deny they said it! There is one girl there that literally said and I quote "Yeah, I've heard Nicole say that to people before but it's not true." I told her that as a customer, I don't appreciate being lied to. She then apologized profusely and said that she "hated" her job. I asked to speak to Nicole herself and was told she wasn't there. I asked if she was expected to be in the next day and this woman actually said "She better be cuz it's MY day off". This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. I'm telling everyone I know not to trust these clowns. Just awful.
I called this location because it's so close to where I need to be. I'm so glad I did. Nicole was amazing. She answered all my questions, walked me to my unit and everything. Her personality was just what I needed after a long day! Thank you Nicole!!
Nicole was very professional and informative when I went in to ask about a storage unit for my parents moving to the area. She was happy to give me all of my options and was super patient. We will be moving our things into a unit next week. Highly recommend this facility!
