Reserved through the internet. Overall good service. The initial customer service representative was a little smart when I picked the car up. She wasn't very polite. She didn't share any extra information. I had to ask. Glad I did..... I would rent again from them.
I had a car accident and the insurance company reserved a rental car here. I got there at 8:00 AM. I was immediately waited on (guy was nice enough) and told my car would be ready soon. After asking to upgrade and saying no, I was told I received a free upgrade to a Jeep Compass. Okay, whatever. Every 10 minutes, I was told "it'll just be a few more minutes". I saw 10 customers come in and the parking lot of what was full, decreased in cars. At 8:45 AM, the guy said, "you get another free upgrade!" I was taken out to a huge 4 door truck. Now that wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't told the guy that I was still in pain from the car accident and it was difficult to move. This HUGE truck was extremely hard to drive. After asking what happened to the car I was originally promised, they said they had given it to someone else as I waited on it. Thanks a lot yahoos.
Excellent service nice courteous employee's. Easy to keep the vehicle if you need to for another day unexpectedly.
The people here are amazing as the Suburban I rented for the night. They went overboard to help me out and make sure everything was just right with the vehicle. The Suburban looked brand new and I had an absolute blast driving it. So much so that I'm considering purchasing it or one from the vehicles that come off of their fleet. Pick Enterprise, They'll Hook You Up!
I have rented an automobile from Enterprise three times in the past year. Each of the three experiences has been beautifully handled by Customer Service associates. The cars they provide are top notch, in perfect shape and a pleasure to drive. Each of the associates I've dealt with has been accommodating and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I drove off the lot. I especially like the fact that Enterprise is family owned and operated. If you need either temporary or long-term transportation, this is the place to find it at reasonable pricing.
