They ran an add for service advisor and I called the store manager claim he didn't know what I was talking about I explained he got mad hung up on me twice these folks are sneaky I would not trust them at all if I have the chance I will talk with owner and see if I could run that place like a real management to people on her who left negative reamarks I'm sorry for your experience I will try to get in there and help make changes God is good again sorry for the bad manager you delt with...I will try to get with owner..I myself had a bad experience just over the phone...
Stopped by to have a leak in my tire checked on a Friday afternoon. Was told I had a bolt in the sidewall and would have to have a new tire. They didn't have a matching tire....but tried their best to push a less expensive tire on me that didn't match. I took the car to another place that had the tire I needed. NO BOLT IN THE SIDEWALL! I had a small screw in the tread, twisted out with screwdriver and plugged for free at the other place. I would not recommend these folks to anyone.....make sure they show you the problem. Not to be trusted!
