We scheduled to get an estimate on our ceiling for a Saturday at 1pm. He called at 12:15 asking us to move up the time. I told him we were in home depot getting paint mixed and we would try to be there by 12:30. We arrived at 12:42.. no one there. No call. I waited until after our appointment time at 1 then called. After 8 rings he answered. He said he was there until 12:40- which means we would have passed him in the development. We passed no one. He said he had an appointment and was too busy to do anything until September, yet he never said when I called initially. He is the one who set a 1pm time. I do not do business with a liar. Who is to say what else he would lie about??!! Not trust worthy. Not reliable.
Richard has done my work for years. When I first had him at my home I noticed he knew what he was doing . In the past others showed up late or not at all and for the last 10 years been on time if not a little bit early so I can resume my own work. Will never consider any one else.
I'm a first time customer and am very pleased with the results of the bathroom remodel Richard did for me. Given that this was quite a tedious project, it was completed in a respectable time frame. I appreciate that he didn't just fly through and that he took the time to make sure things were correct. I now have a brand new bathroom, free from worries of leaks or burst pipes! I look forward to having Richard work on a couple more home renovation projects in the future.
