I am not happy with the lack of professionalism shown by Gene Glaze at Glaze Design/Build. I called for an estimate and it was more than two weeks before I received a call back. We scheduled a day and time for Gene to come to our home to assess our projects. He didn't show and didn't call to say he couldn't make it. I only found out that he had a "family emergency" by calling his office.
