Always kind & Always so helpful here at Ace Hardware of Mt. View. One time I needed some stuff to undrain my clogged up sink, they were closing. I ran up to the door & they were kind enough to stay open for me to get the stuff I needed & the stuff I needed I can only get at Ace Hardware.. Thanks so much guys !!!
Got my first baby chicks from this Ace this spring!! Very healthy birds that have turned into good laying hens this summer. Can get good quality feed for my girls there, too. Very friendly, helpful staff as well!
Love going to this Ace store. People are extremely attentive and know what they are doing. Nice to go to a hardware store where you still get service and individual attention, unlike Lowes and Home Depot where the customer service people know so little about their products and provide so little help to the customer. Love the old hardware store experience you get at this store!

Awful store with incompetent staff that didn't greet me at all. They sure did follow me around the store to make sure i didn't steal because, you know, hispanics and blacks are all criminals to them. When i went to check out, the cashier had the body language and speech of a guilty person when I brought this up. I asked to speak to a manager....they don't have one! Never going here again. Maybe it's time people shop somewhere that will treat us with respect. All money is green.
