I had fence that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday but was partially delivered on a Friday than I had to call about the rest of it which was finally delivered the next TUESDAY. The customer service/manager was worthless when speaking to them. Instead of assisting me, she just kept saying "I literally just walked in the door". Being the nice individual I am, I made the mistake to order appliances. They were supposed to be delivered on a Friday and called me the following Monday to say they would have them delivered in the morning. After asking for a specific time since I wasted a whole day on Friday waiting for the yahoos, they told me around 1....well it is currently 2:22 PM on Monday and I am still waiting for the yahoos to show up. I called the store and get placed on hold and hung up on twice. Maybe we live in a different time zone than the Lowes in Hickory NC but MORNING is before noon. Terrible.
The salesperson seemed more interested in the phone like device than help me. But I asked directly and she reluctantly helped
Friendly service. Usually have everything you need.
Great store. They have everything. If not, they will get it.
