My experience was awesome. Billy and Brandon in flooring was so helpful. Paint department went out of their way. Appliance department was great. Cody helped load.
Home Depot is incredible!!! The sales personnel is so well prepare and polite that it's a pleasure to visit.some times my wife and I go to just look what is new. and believe or not every time we visit Home Depo we buy several needed merchandise
Great Clean store, I do like that they have Kid friendly carts. Just like their competition in town, do not count on customer service staff to be very knowledgeable. I went in one day looking for a moisture alarm, the staff said that they had no clue what that was and stated they did ever sell something like that. Once I got home, not only did I find they had the alarms, but that they had eleven of them. We went back to the store the next day and asked customer service, and the same lady did not recognize us and said "that's weird, someone was just asking about those yesterday". Once we convinced her to look into her computer she was able to give us an isle number and bay number, but never offered to have someone assist us.

I just want to thank Ed at the front door for being so friendly & helpful! He even came out to mention something he was concerned about as we strapped our generator to the roof, which was so especially nice. Ed you are amazing!!! We would never get service like this in florida. Every person who helped was so NICE! They need to send these employees to Florida to teach people down there what it is to be pleasant & helpful!!! Thank you Hickory Home Depot!
