Needed a room because of local storm..manager was very nice and accommodating getting us a room. He let me check room before booking..room was clean and all lights, water and appliances working.
Very disappointing. Hair dryer didn’t work and they didn’t have another one for me to use. Only one full size towel in the room for 2 guests in a king suite. No comforter on the bed just sheets. Had to go ask for a blanket. No cable. Sprinkler in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling. The worst was the nasty handprints on the headboard of the bed. Will never stay here again and will not recommend.
They have “free” breakfast. #1, it was gross #2, they legit have a bacon police. This guy comes out randomly and gives 2 strips of bacon to the lucky people that will be out there getting food at the right place and right time. Obviously it’s the hotel owners, no doubt Indians- trying to save money. Not much there was edible and even the bacon police was giving out cold burned bacon. It was a shame. My son wanted to make sure I picked a hotel with a pool...well that didn’t work out. The pool was beyond disgusting and had green algae and such all over the bottom and sides of the pool. It was a very poor experience and I won’t be back.... oh and the beds were terribly hard and I may have only gotten 2 hours of sleep.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First of all, they are short staffed and “gave my room away” because they were busy. I had to stay in a smoking room and the first room they gave me looked like someone left it 5 minutes ago. It was not made up at all. The “suite” they gave me to make up for it was just as bad if not worse. A huge stain on the comforter that had obviously been there for awhile. Cigarette burns on the blanket, stains all over the bathroom, the room smelled awful, all over a horrible place to stay. I recommend to everyone who is thinking of staying here...DON’T. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t believe they are still in business.
