The agent called back and said he would be leaving at 7:01 regardless. And also said I would have to pay for 2 days because they were closing early the next day. Very rude will never do business with this company again.
If I could rate in the negative I would. I own a business and use this for storage. They have a problem with backup of toilets and the smell is unbearable and unsanitary to be in...that fills a stench in the storage area. When they mop the floors the water goes under the doors and anything that is not in a plastic tote or off the floor will get wet if it is near the access door. If you have an issue with your bill or storage unit good luck reaching staff. They never pick up and you always deal with a national number that emails the local staff. No return phone calls. Billing...Ah yes, they do not send bills out on time and then attempt to charge late fees. When I have emailed and called I have gotten no response. I had to drive into the location and then they adjusted the bill for the mistake. I updated my company information and still they sent the bill to the wrong address and for a second month they attempted to charge a late fee. I then had to go in again and have them adjust it. I paid the bill and moved out our supplies and terminated the contract. They just sent me another bill for a unit I am not longer renting. Idiots! Horrible, horrible, incompetent staff, that is overworked and understaffed. It is not worth the money to have items damaged. You get what you pay for and the price reflects the service. I would not recommend this place.
Don't believe their advertisements about their pickups having extended rates and mileage because I got told that there wasn't any weekly rates for a pickup truck and that it cost $0.59 per mile after that total guesstimate mileage intended when you were filling out the paperwork before renting the truck.
Rented a van and scheduled to pick up between 6:30-7:00.
They never have the vehicles they state they do and people are rude.
Very clean place. Have lots of options to help you move. People are nice and quick to help and respond. Very spacious place. Highly recommended.
