The process once you arrive for a party is a little hectic. The staff didn't seem prepared. Once things got started it was much better.
Really depends on when you go on how crowded it is. Good place for a birthday party.
Uaually not too busy during ymthe week. A great way to spend an hour or so with the kiddos.
