Prices are a little high compared to other sporting good stores close by. Takes a while to check out when they are even slightly busy. Good shoe selection.
When I purchased 4 items off of their website I was charged the total amount up front from my account and the following day charged again for each individual item on top of that. They put the entire total of what you pay on hold and basically double charge you. Luckily my bill is on Saturday and not yesterday or I would have overdrafted. Will never shop online again! -Vince

I like Dick's Sporting good way batter then others here in hickory. Normally great experience and sales. My last trip yesterday was just uncalled for. Had to get corporate to take care of me because store manager doesn't know how to take care of customers when they forget to take down old price tag. Everyone else in building that works there have been very helpful and nice.
