I decided to give this store a shot despite the customers experience posted below back in 2011. In this case I had no problem with time of closing. Walked in the store and headed towards the dress shoe section. Narrowed my selection down to 4 different styles and picked out my favorite. During this time no one came up to me and asked if I needed any help or had any questions. I walked the pair of shoes up to the counter and asked if they had it in my size and he said nope whatever we have is what's on the floor. I went back and looked through my 4 styles that I liked and to my shock only one of which actually had my size and it was the one I would have picked as a last resort. On top of which when you are looking through the boxes none of them are organized, they all have 2 or more different style shoes in the collum, so sorting through them was a headache. My size is a 9.5 which i thought was average for the most part if not on the smaller end and figured that they would at least have more in the back-stock room, but to my disappointment they didn't. They were short-staffed and gave very little effort in helping me out - in fact other than ringing me out at the counter, there was no other effort. They should just have a mall security guard at the door and a self-checkout and not bother hiring employees because that's pretty much what it felt like.

I went into by a pair of sneakers I found two pairs I liked I was told that the one pair they would have to order but would be at my house within 7 to 10 days at no extra charge. I was fine with that I called to see where my sneakers were and the person that got on the phone was rude and told me I had to wait six weeks for my sneakers. I informed her that the person that sold me the sneakers said it would be only 7 to 10 days she gave me a tacking number and told me the check the status. I called back and explained it was invalid tracking number for fed-ex. then it was explained has not shipped. I went in the next day to cancel my order and was told that I could not cancel due them being shipped out the day before. The person I talked to was very rude and told me Technically it has only been 8 days and 6 business days so we still have time with a smirk . I continued to wait and check the tracking number I was give never did it come up as valid number. I then called to get the district Manger and was told to call corporate at 1888-55-Shoes. No one was available I left a message. I received a call back and was told that my shipment was lost or misplaced by UPS and have to open an investigation which will take another two weeks. Now I was informed that it was coming by FED-EX by the store manager nothing was mentioned about UPS so they just gave me a number to get me to leave them alone. I called them back to cancel my order again and was informed that I was not allowed to cancel my order. So now the company has the money and I have no sneakers. When I asked why I could not cancel they said it was due to company policy and I had to wait 6 weeks. I will never use this company again.
Looks like the customer service hasn't changed after 5 years.
This location at the valley hills mall on Saturday Feb 26 2011 is scheduled to open and close within the posted hours of 10am and 9pm and when I get there 10 mins before closing time I was stopped by two women on the front register stating they were closed but the gate to the store wasn't closed. This night my husband and I were going out for our anniversary and the sitter for our boys was late leaving me to rush to get to this shoe dept. Those two ladies were very rude and would not let me state that I already knew what I wanted and I explained you do not close for 10 minutes. The older lady said nope closed with no apologies. So much for customer satisfaction on their part. It is employee satisfaction. On top of that I found out the lady that said nope closed was the manager!
