I have bought various helmets, shirts, wallets, jackets etc over the past 3 years. After my regular employee "go to" left, Catherine was able to provide excellent, quality customer service. Always cheerful, greets promptly every time I walk through the door, and is more than happy to find out any information I'm in need of at the time. Five star service is seldom nowadays but I know I'll experience nothing less. She does a great job! Recommend to anyone and everyone! Don't as what you need? Just ask! They can order about anything!
Absolutely the worst customer service by the manager/ parts manager or whatever he is (lol) we have ever experienced! The sales girls upfront apologized for him and said there have been many complaints and that he was a problem.. they gave me the number of the owner in the Winston-Salem store and I proceeded to call him to let him know how we had been treated. After explaining the story to the owner who should know how people are being treated the OWNER KEN proceeds to tell us that he doesn't have time for this....that he was too busy and slams the phone down??? WOW!!! Don't worry you will NEVER get another dime of buisness from us, and to top it all off, how about after 3 days of riding the motorcycle the entire kickstand has broken off due to cheap welding,and is leaking Oil and they said that of course that's not covered under warranty?? BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! Businesses With Attitudes like this usually don't stay around very long.
