Dr Brian Kauth has yelled and badgered me with making me cry in his office on several occasions which his staff is aware of it. He makes false assumptions with what is wrong with me with guessing. He does not care about your health of what the chief complaint is, he rather type and dictate your whole life story on a small computer. I changed Doctors to one I thought was apparently very nice, he now tells the other doctor what to do and what not to do with me. Now this new Doctor Dr Hamilton Brandon now treats me like crap in the office due to what Brian Kauth has told her about me. Brian Kauth has called the pharmacy telling them to cancel all my re-fills that another doctor had written which was Dr Brandon Hamilton. He demanded to the pharmacy do not fill my medication even though can’t be filled twice at any location due to insurance will NOT allow it to be. Dr Kauth left me hanging with blood in my urine for 3 mos. in the past and never found out what it was from. He claims I have heart burn with stomach problems now with having to take meds every day and has NEVER sent me for a diagnosis on it still to this day. He has yelled at my husband's cousin as well and he will never return back to him ever again. When he called CVS pharmacy they said he was very rude to them on the phone with demanding canceling all my re-fills. When I came out of the room to tell him about it, just in December being Dr Hamilton Brandon was not there, he treated me so ugly and disrespectful then too. I called CVS as soon as I got out of the office and they told me they were on the phone at that same exact time with him and he was being more or less the D word to them when at that time he said he would call CVS in about an hour. He waited not even 5 mins to call them to cancel out all my re-fills which was not his job to do being he is NOT my doctor anymore. Something needs to be done with this office and clinic in Hickory NC because they let it be natural how they treat others. Their nurse practitioner Maggie Spears, in the past slammed her laptop so very loud on a stainless steel table that rolls around with scaring my son do death practically that was with me at that time towards us for no reason at all. They should not be able to treat others the way that they do at this office, place of business, and /or clinic as they do. Do not go here, they are all so rude sob's is what they truthfully are.
Once you miss too many appointments even if it's been 3 years they still won't let you come back to see a doctor that you like so much.
This place really sucks...
