Wings, football, and beer what could go wrong? A lot. I had to refill my own drink 4 times. They are constantly out of my favorite sauces. They have four times as many servers on the bar side than the restaurant side. My waitress Susan was high. And even half the TVs were playing golf on a Saturday night. Absolutely despicable.
Just not enough wing flavors on the menu to earn the word "Wings" in the restaurant's name. There are other local restaurants with better food for the same price. If you like wings, go to East Coast Wings. The whole BWW Restaurant experience was ho hum.
The food was good and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our server was polite and took great care of us. I enjoyed the big screen tv's around the walls, it made it feel less formal and more comfortable. The restaurant was clean and we had a great time. We will definitely go back again.
This is the second time I've been to this particular wild wings and both times had to wait about 15 for anybody to get a drink order. Was there at about 530 tonight and waited 15 minutes or longer and nobody even acknowledged we were there. I would say awful service but we didn't get any service. We finally had to leave because nobody would even take our drink order. This is the worst wild wings I have ever been to in this state and all the surrounding states within 12 hours. Now I know the first time wasn't just a bad night this is just how they operate.
Ended up leaving without eating because no one even came over to get order....lots of waiters walking around..2 tables max there other than us. I hear it changed hands. Last time there it was good....will NEVER return. Waiters wouldn't make eye contact.....never saw 1 bring out a drink refill or food. They were watching game closely....think betting or something. Not good. Never been to a bdubbs that empty.
