This place was packed with people waiting outside. The entire time we were there people were coming and going. Sandwiches were out of this world! The bread was perfect - fresh, slightly toasted and crispy but just the right amount. The ingredients are all top notch and fresh. My wife, kids, and I all enjoyed it immensely! We will definitely be back! This is the best sandwich shop I've been to in a very long time and without hesitation the best in Hickory!
Very laid back atmosphere, maybe too much. My girlfriend and I began to enjoy eating our sandwiches at the window stools. Then we hear someone standing right behind us blowing their nose. Not that, that was not disgusting enough, he proceeded to walk behind the counter and prepare a customer's sandwich. Everyone for the most part was polite. Please have your employees go to the bathroom to blow their nose and wash their hands It would be greatly appreciated by many...
Amazing sandwich. Ordered the Thanksgiving turkey and was AMAZING!! My girlfriend ordered the pulled pork, which was also good. 4 stars only because the reality of paying almost $30 for 2 sandwiches, drinks, and mac and cheese, was hard to swallow. However, I can't wait to go back.
A cozy little place with great food. The price is at a higher end for sandwich, but the service is very friendly. It takes a while the food to get ready. For some reason, the bread is always too hard for me. I always end up with bruises on my lips or in my mouth after eating there.
