I filled out what I wanted on the sub and part of the wording was faded out. I did not know that when I got pepperoni that they automatically put marinara sauce on it as that was what was faded out as I learned after they made it. I don't like marinara sauce and most other sub places don't do that unless the person asks them to. I asked for them to redo the sub and I was even willing to pay again. They told me that they were out of pepperoni but when the next guy ordered, he got pepperoni on his sub... Terrible experience.
There are sooooo many Sharpies there.
