I have dealt with Aaron's for many years now and I have NEVER had any problems or concerns. They always stood in the guarantees and always took pride in their customer satisfaction. I tried shopping at another Aaron's closer to home and the experience was extremely less than satisfactory. I will forever return to Aaron's of Hickory for all our needs going forward...... even if that means I have to drive an extra 15-10 minutes out of my way. I personally give them 10 ⭐️!!
I recently purchased a refrigerator, bed frame, and end tables for my new home! I was promptly greeted by Brenda. She was so sweet to not only me and my husband, but our little girl. We were then helped by John. He was so helpful. He took the time to show us different options and prices that fit our style and budget. After making our decisions, John set us up with home delivery. The delivery guys were not only professional, but extremely polite. We will definitely use Aarons for future purchases!

Store manger is unprofessional makes you feel like your ablagated to forfil your contract an are unable to cancel it .i thought thst was what Aaron's was for to be able to rent things either to purchase or rent till you find what your really looking for .This will be my last time every doing business with them.
