I am giving 5 stars because both Carol and Ben were stupendous sales people!! However, I would subtract 10 stars simply because of Danny and his rude and totally unprofessional attitude! He was rude to my husband on the phone and then again when we entered the store and asked for Carol citing that we were told that she would be in at 11. He became down right hostile towards us. I handed him pieces of identification and he actually snatched it out of my fingers!! I am really not even sure why he is even working there!!! I will never, repeat NEVER work with him in the future. However, Ben and Carol are both pleasures to work with! Courteous. Friendly. Caring.
I don't know why I continue to get my furniture from here. The protection plan is a joke. I had requested for my dining room table to be looked at for repair they looked at it but nothing was ever done and no call back regarding replacement. Then I order some new pieces at a different store and they have to transfer it because they don't deliver to different cities. My wife took off work for the stuff to be delivered and I call to see what time they would be coming and they said we had to push it back another 4 days. It would have been nice to receive a phone call about that. So I get a call today saying that my pieces were damaged in the truck so now I have to wait another 3 days for my furniture. I'm getting fed up
Great customer service experience at this Badcock store. They helped me pick out exactly what wanted in a new living room suite. Their Black Friday sale helped with the total price as well.
