I went in the store and was greeted right away. They have a wide selection of furniture and the prices were reasonable. The store manager Brandy answered all the questions I had and was extremely helpful.
No phone call to confirm delivery no nothing....VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL... I removed certain seating from my premises to make room for my new purchases to be received before the holiday now I’m literally A$$ed out of furniture and my cash that I had to put down not to mention the delivery fee that I was charged . Their pitch is next day delivery, I was told that delivery would be two days because of the holiday demand...UNDERSTOOD BUT HERE IT IS DAY 2 THANKSGIVING EVE AND NO FREAKING DELIVERY!!! BEYOND PISSED!!!!ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If you are thinking about purchasing from Conns... DON’T DO IT...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
Supposed to be receiving my purchase today....no delivery and it’s the day before the thanksgiving holiday....I contacted their customer service team and was assured that I would receive my purchase today as promised....BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN!!!
As soon as we(my granddaughter and I)walked in,,we were greeted politely....my wife wanted a new washer and dryer....they matched a lower priced set from Lowe's....delivery was exactly when they said it would be....my wife loves her new set......would,,,and will go with them on a freezer she wants next.....excellent service.....Michael
First experience with this store and it was great. I had a friendly greeting coming in the door by my sales associate. She wasn't pushy, answered all my questions and by time I was ready to finish up she already had my items on a cart and waiting on me. She was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. After we finished up she then walked me out and loaded them in my vehicle. I not only will shop there again but I've already got some friends going up there as well. Thank you for such a great experience!
What do you do when the delivery truck can't make it to your house? You give thanks that Tyler and Steve were the professionals they are to "improvise" and make the delivery a complete success! It all started in the store with Tim who gave great information and guidance. From start to finish, I'm not sure it could have been any better. Congrats and Thanks to all!!
