I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them and it has been great all the staff are very nice and they gave me a good deal on the jeep. This is not your typical used car dealership or buy here pay here they have good quality stuff
Great folks, true family business, excellent correspondence, not pushy, upfront on any issues thus no surprises. Highly recommend. Two hour drive but worth it and will call the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.
I spent a lot of time corresponding about a specific vehicle (3rd gen 4runner), before I made the 8.5 hour drive to come buy it. Specifically asking if there were cosmetic issues, and assured it was normal wear and tear. I made the trip intending to buy, and when I got there the clear coat was peeling badly all over, but especially on the hood. When I asked about it the salesman said it was just, "Bugs," on the paint. It was clearly touch-up paint and a ridiculous answer that insulted me as a car buyer. Further inspection off-site indicated more rust than disclosed and some possible imminent mechanical issues. Again, all things I asked very specific questions about. This car was overpriced in pristine condition, and when I pointed these things out the dealer would not entertain any lower offer because, "He paid more than that." Sketchy dealership, and a huge waste of my time and money for the trip. AVOID!!!!
Horrible experience with this dealer. I would rate it 0 stars, but it doesn't give me that option. I was looking at a 2004 Jeep Wrangler listed for $12,999 (which is a on the high end). I had my dad take it to a local auto shop to have it inspected, turns out the car had a front main seal leak, rear main seal leak, and a 4x4 casing leak. The muffler and serpentine belt had to be replaced. I called the dealer in an attempt to negotiate the price and ended up speaking to the "President" of the business, when I told him what the auto shop had found, he said "we're not going to fix any of those things, you need to find another place to buy your car". The fact that the are selling cars with known issues and are unwilling to work with the buyer, is ridiculous. I don't know how they have been in business for over 20 years. Word of advise to anyone looking to buy from this business...Get the car inspected prior to any negotiations.
Drove 7 hours to look at a used Mustang. I asked them many questions on the condition of the car and they truthly answered them. I did not wish to drive that far for a car that was in rough shape. The car was in very good condition especially since it was a 12 year old car. They were great to deal with and we purchased the mustang. Now I have a very happy wife.
