Buying a car was the easiest part, dealing with the service men is crazy and a joke. Called Mike Houser the guy who sold me my car the day after I bought to car about the driver door sounding hollow, made the appointment on my lunch hour to fix the issue that only took about 45 mins, it took them 2 hours and the problem wasn’t fixed, they had to order a part and said they would call me when it was in, two weeks later still have not received the call to bring my car, I called them and they told me to bring it the next day early in the morning, I told them the heated seats are not working if they could look at it for me... (only had the car three weeks). Went to pick the car up had a bill for $52.00 why? Mike Houser said I bought the car as is and I never notified them about the seats, why should I have to pay for a car to get fixed that I just bought? the service men never called me to tell me the issue with my car and the pricing luckily it was only $52.00... I’ve never been in this situation before, I will not ever ever ever go back to this place for any kind of service.
My family has purchased five vehicles from this dealership over the years. I cannot imagine anyone not being satisfied if they were treated the way we have always been treated. There is NO sales pressure and even though I continue to buy from them, I always check other dealers on price. I've never been able to beat them on price either. That's comparing dealers in the Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Tri-Cities, TN area. All the folks at Jim Armstrong are exceptional, but we usually deal with Mike Abernathy. Top notch dealer and saleman.

The service department was excellent! They diagnosed my problem over the phone, got me in immediately and accommodated my needs for a quick turn around because of my job! They were all courteous, professional, and friendly. One of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop. Will be taking my car back for sure.
