Rude customer service. Self own or not, you do not call someone and say you are approved and then talk to them like they are trash. Then change your mind and not approve them! Simple questions were asked, and he had a attitude.
Needed a second car for my family. I came in, saw what I liked, test drove it, filled out credit application, and got the call next day that I was approved and could pick up the car when I got off of work. All around, it was a good, positive experience!

Came to this place yesterday 12/11/17 to see about a car. I was a co signer, and BF was the applicant. Well, we test drove 2 cars, and he decides which one he wanted. The husband submitted the application and told his son to have the car ready because we were gonna drive off the lot with it. Well i mentioned something about insurance, and he suggested we wait because he has to wait until the application was approve.... he seriously was about to let us drive off When our credit was not approved yet. He called around 10:15 AM today and said we were approve, so my bf and i were excited, we head down that way. We go in, and he was like “i told you we were gonna call you back, i didnt get the numbers yet”... nothing ws mentioned to us bout having to wait. 4 HOURS LATER, he says we both are denied because we havent been at our jobs to long and he doesn’t have enough credit. Which is false. He has credit, so do i have credit cards, and a car i just got 5 months ago. STARTING AT MY NEW JOB. Its crazy that the day before, he was going to let us drive it off the lot, then today ALL OF A SUDDEN, it was a NO. I called back and asked about the “Guarantee approval” & the “ Good credit, bad credit, no credit “ that is advertise on the page. His exact words for the guarantee approval is that IT IS ALL BOLOGNA. And he kept saying my bf needed a co signer, also that i needed to stop forcing to get the car, and then to stop calling.
My husband and I stopped by, looked at the car we liked, test drove it, LOVED it, got approved for a ridiculously low interest rate and VERY reasonable payments. It was pretty much effortless on our parts. I love my car. Drives smooth as butter, and that describes our experience with National Auto Sales as well. Completely Smooth! And, we will be going there when we want to purchase another one. Thanks for making our car buying experience so easy.
Since I can not respond to his comment, I did not call you 6 times. I called twice about the stuff that was advertised! Im not bullying my way into anything!! & not going through anything, just dont like dishonest people and businesses! MAY GOD BLESS YOU SIR!
Love this place and the people. Have purchased 2 vehicles from them. Very reliable. If afraid bad credit take a cosigner always approving folks. Keep doing what you all are doing. Great experience.
