Once I showed up, my car was clean and ready to go. We took it for a spin and proceeded to knock out the paperwork in about 30 minutes. And guess what? The out-the-door price he gave me via email was the out-the-door price I paid.
Sales was terrible. Took 45 days to receive my tag, because they screwed up. Was also supposed to receive a coupon book with six free oil changes. I never received anything. I just called to set up my first oil change. They can't seem to find me in the system!!! I will never do business with this company ever again!!!
Often times when people think of car shopping, they imagine spending hours at a dealership going back and forth with a pushy salesman to negotiate a reasonable price.

While the other dealers were busy trying to entice me to come visit their showroom, Charles got back to me right away and made the deal happen remotely.
Hyundai agreed to honor the recall on our Sonata, after the engine locked up and ruined the starter, even though the car was over the mileage cut-off because we bought it used and were not informed of the recall. After getting the parts replaced, the "New" starter lasted 3 weeks and started giving us trouble. The response from the Service Dept. was "It is what it is". We were told that since they honored the recall when they really didn't have to that it didn't matter if the starter lasted or didn't. There is a LOT more to the story about SEVERAL other issues following the so called "fix". This one, however, marks the last Hyundai we will purchase and the last time we go to Paramount!
Just purchased a 2018 Sonata Sport on 11/24/17. I started the process a week before online. My salesman was Jesus Jiminez, he was very helpful with explaining the different options available, sent pictures and quotes, all thru email. I spoke to him twice on the phone but everything else was taken care of via the internet. I spoke to Gabrielle who help with the financing options available. He explained everything to me and even gave me alternate options to get financed thru my own bank if it was better for me financially. They both made the experience pleasant. The car I purchased they did not have at their location but as they promised when I got there the car was there and ready to drive off the lot. I spent maybe 2 hours at the dealership and left with my new 2018 Sonata Sport no strings attached. That's what I call GREAT BUSINESS! This is the type of purchase that everyone wishes they had when they purchase a car. This is an above standard car dealership all dealership should do business this way.
Salesman Allen was outstanding in his customer service and support. This is probably the best car deal I have ever had. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle.
