I have taken my used CC here several times for repairs and they have always done a great job, after making repairs they inspect my car for any issues and have informed me of them and have even went out of their way to fix one problem at no charge. Had a nonstop oil pressure issue with my engine and they did what repairs they could to try and fix it. After clearing my oil pan and test driving it with no luck they tested my engine oil pressure and found it was failing completely and needed to be replaced, they didnt charge me for clearing my oil pan since I had a big problem on my hands. Tony has helped me so much with this wether it was advise on what engine I should get and what to look out for when buying one, or finding another car for me.
As a whole, I could not be more satisfied with my experience here. I feel like I not only got a great price on my car, but I also walked away with a couple of friends.
I am 78 years old and have had dealings with many dealerships over the years, some good and others not so good. Paramount VW should be presented with a ten star rateing! Have had my car worked on multiple times here and have always been provided excellent service. After getting a repair they informed me of my tire tread being dangerously thin, I would have never had know otherwise. After getting a set of tires they found that part of my suspension was falling off and they replaced the missing bolts at no charge.
When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, Paramount and its fine staff will be the first place I visit!
I recently purchased a Volkswagen from Paramount in Hickory and found the experience to be very positive. The sales team was responsive, honest, and positive. I was able to text the sales representative, Parker Grove, with regard to his availability and the specifics of the vehicle. I test drove three vehicles and was allowed to drive them as much as needed. Parker had the vehicles ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Additionally, he offered bottled water, coffee, and snacks while in the waiting room. Ben, the finance officer, was very helpful as well and provided the additional information necessary for the purchase without being pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Josh was extremely fast in getting all the finance paperwork completed. This guy is super knowledgeable and I found him to be extremely trustworthy.
Brandon was super helpful and his communication skills put him at the top of the game. He is the most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with. Paramount is blessed to have such a fine guy working for them.
